Masterset Jewellers offer FREE domestic shipping for all in-house made jewellery!

We use Australia Post Express Post delivery bags with tracking. Allow 1-3 working days for Australian metropolitan areas and 2-5 working days for Australian regional areas. We do deliver to PO boxes in Australia.

Allow 3-15 working days for international shipping. Once your order has been confirmed, your delivery details cannot be changed.

The above delivery time frames do not apply to “Made to Order” items. Our customer service team with provide you with an expected delivery time upon completion of your order.

Please specify when you require the parcel to be delivered on a specified date and we will do everything possible to have it there at that time.

Any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only and Masterset Jewellers will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.
