Billing & Shipping

We currently only ship within Australia, We use Australia Post Express Post delivery bags with tracking. Allow 1-3 working days for Australian metropolitan areas and 2-5 working days for Australian regional areas. We do deliver to PO boxes in Australia.

The above delivery time frames do not apply to “Made to Order” items. Our customer service team with provide you with an expected delivery time upon completion of your order.

Please specify when you require the parcel to be delivered on a specified date and we will do everything possible to have it there at that time.

Any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only and MasterSet Jewellers will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. 

Billing & Shipping

We offer free express shipping for all orders over $300*.

Orders placed online are processed Monday-Friday AEST. Production times exclude weekends and public holidays. Production times are outlined at time of purchase and are active from the first business day after placing an order.

Orders within Australia are shipped via Australia Post Express with tracking and signature on delivery.

For orders under $300 a flat rate of $10 for shipping will be charged. Once your item has been dispatched we will notify you via email with your tracking number.

Please check your spam/junk mail folders for order confirmations and tracking information.

Please provide Masterset Jewellers with correct shipping/delivery information as we will not be held responsible for incorrectly entered addresses or an address that is not recognised by Australia Post 

We are unable to redirect orders after items have been dispatched, and we cannot refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered.

You will be responsible for return postage costs. If you are returning an item, we recommend you consider using a trackable postage service or purchasing insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and refunds will not be issued prior to the item being received and inspected.
