How do I find my ring size? The most accurate way to determine your ring size is to have your finger professionally measured. You’re welcome to visit our Warners Bay boutique for a complimentary sizing. If you’re unable to visit us, you can use these methods: • Measure an existing ring Choose a ring that fits the same finger and measure the inside diameter. Compare this to our size chart (we can provide one upon request).What if I order the wrong size? Most Masterset rings can be resized. If your ring arrives and the fit isn’t perfect, bring it in or contact us we’ll guide you through the resizing process. Tips for an accurate fit: • Measure your finger at the end of the day (fingers swell). • Avoid sizing when hands are cold, as this makes fingers smaller. • Remember that wider bands fit more snugly than thin bands. • Your ring should slide on easily and come off with a gentle twist. For more than three decades, Newcastle based master jeweller Jason McCrohon has devoted his career to the craft of fine jewellery. Beginning in 1989, he has built a depth of knowledge, technical skill, and artistic expertise that forms the foundation of Masterset today.

Jason’s vision is for Masterset to remain a trusted heritage jewellery brand where skill, knowledge, and craftsmanship are held to the highest standard. Working closely with our trade qualified jewellers and the MSJ front of house team, he ensures every piece and every client experience reflects the excellence Masterset is known for.

Jason is deeply committed to the people he creates for. He believes jewellery is inherently personal a symbol of love, legacy, and life’s most meaningful moments. This philosophy guides his approach, allowing him to understand each client’s story and offer thoughtful, informed guidance shaped by more than 30 years at the bench.

Within our on site workshop, Jason collaborates with his team to ensure each piece is meticulously considered and crafted. Only premium materials and carefully selected stones are used, and every element is reviewed by Jason before leaving the atelier. Precision, patience, and excellence guide every creation.
